Opening Communication Channels
We have set up an online forum to connect leaders from our congregations with their counterparts, where they can easily share and discuss problems and solutions, news, events, and ideas. A number of discussion groups are available within the forum and most are accessible to all those interested in registering, respecting our covenant, and participating in the conversations.
After starting with a few groups, we plan on expanding to many different segments of the congregation. We are convinced that this is a exciting way we can support and serve our member congregations, and that doing so will expand UUism in North Texas. Please join, and start spreading the word.
How to Sign Up
If you are interested in participating in any of the discussion groups, you must first sign up by visiting
the forum to register. Please fill out the registration form completely. We respect your privacy and none of the information collected will be shared with the outside world.
We do request that you use your name or at least your first name and last initial (firstname.initial) for your username instead of an alias. You will receive an email to acknowledge your submission and a confirmation once your registration has been completed.
Once you have registered, the forum allows you to log in from any web browser to participate in the discussions and, using the 'Subscribe Forum' function (at the bottom of the each forum home page), sign up to receive notices by email of new postings and responses.
Private Discussions
A few groups are only available by invitation, including the Presidents' Forum, Board Members, OWL, the NATUURES group for DREs and the Youth Advisors forum. Please contact the
webmaster if you are a member of one of these groups and have registered and are not able to visit your group.
